Shipping Coverage

We currently ship exclusively within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.

Carriers We Use

We partner with trusted carriers to provide efficient delivery:

• UPS
• FedEx
• For large or palletized orders (freight): Averitt

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after business hours are processed on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Time

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days, depending on the destination and carrier.
• Expedited Shipping: Options may be available at checkout for faster delivery.

Note: Delivery windows are estimates and may be affected by weather conditions, carrier delays, or peak seasonal demand.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to follow the progress of your delivery.

Large Orders & Wholesale Shipping

For orders over $1,000 USD or palletized shipments, we provide customized freight solutions via Averitt. Please contact us prior to placing a large order to arrange the most cost-effective option.

Delivery Restrictions

• We ship to addresses within all 50 U.S. states (continental U.S., Alaska, and Hawaii).
• PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses: USPS can deliver to PO Boxes and many APO/FPO addresses. Shipments via UPS or FedEx may require a physical street address.

Risk of Loss

All purchases are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Title and risk of loss pass to you once the order has been transferred to the carrier.

Damaged, Delayed, or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears delayed or lost, please first notify the carrier using your tracking information. Then contact us so we can help facilitate a resolution whenever possible.
